James Krieger, LMP, CLT, RYT


DSCF0108.jpgJames is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage – Seattle, and is a nationally certified massage therapist through NCBTMB. He is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Addditionally, he is trained in Oncology massage and is a member of Society for Oncology Massage. James’ massage experience includes spa, chiropractic, and injury rehabilitation clinics. He is trained in core massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Prenatal, Myofacial Release,Trigger Point. He is certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy  (Vodder Technique) through Klose Training and Consulting.

James is a life-long learner and regularly attends continuing education classes, day workshops, and enhancement seminars. He is particularly interested in, and adept at working deep neck muscles.

In addition to bodywork, James has been practicing yoga for 12 years and has completed a two hundred hour teacher training program in Viniyoga. He is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. The Viniyoga lineage is primarily focused on extension of the spine and coordinating movement with the breath, and is particularly effective in injury recovery.

James has a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative History of Ideas, graduating Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington.

Lisa Lentz, LMP, CRM


Lisa_website.jpgLisa has had the pleasure of being a massage therapist for the last 12 years, and has worked with a wide variety of conditions.  She has practiced and trained other massage professionals in a hospital setting, and has previous experience as a Surgical Assistant.  Her personal philosophy of health includes; proper sleep, good diet with fresh, organic ingredients, massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, keeping up with annual physicals, decreasing negative impact of stress on the body and mind, and maintaining a positive mental attitude. Lisa also believes that grief, joy, chronic pain, exhaustion (both mental and physical), play a role in well-being, and that it is a commitment of both the client and therapist that makes the healing process work.

Stephen Delissio, LMP


Stephen Delissio graduated in 2006 from Northwest School of Massage in Kirkland. He began his career working for chiropractors and doing rehabilitative therapy then transitioned to spa bodywork. Working at some of Seattle’s top spas like Spa Nordstrom and Spa Scotta he honed his skills as a therapist and body worker. Prior coming to Seattle Life Chiropractic, Steve was the Lead-Massage Therapist at Spa Scotta and managed the massage division including developing new spa services. His service Island Passion Ritual is featured on DaySpa Magazine’s website as their first “Star Treatment”. He has also been mentioned in Seattle Met Magazine for his massage services.

Steve specializes in Deep Tissue and Rehabilitative muscle work, and he is specially trained in Shiatsu and Thai massage. He has various techniques incorporated into his bodywork including Lomi Lomi, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. He is also proficient in pregnancy massage. In addition, Steve performs Jin Shin Jyutsu energy work to balance the body and help with mental, emotional, and muscular conflicts.
